My VXI USB headset isn't working with IBM ViaVoice.
You may have an older version of the necessary firmware. Make sure that the Preferred Playback and Recording Device are listed in the Audio Properties (XP) or Multimedia (98) properties as VXI USB 7.02 (USB headset). This is the latest version and will work with ViaVoice. If instead it says "VXI TalkPro USB" you are working with an earlier version of the firmware and will need to contact VXI for assistance. top
