Some time ago, we tested VXI and three other competitive headset products. Our agents voted to choose VXI. They use mostly binaural headsets and they wear them constantly during eight-hour shifts with no complaints. That fact alone says a lot about comfort. I'd also say that the headsets and amplifiers are very durable considering that most of ours are four or five years old and still working. Service has been excellent; in fact I would say that it's been over and above the call of duty. Simply put, the product is good and the service is excellent.

We’ve used VXI headsets in our call centers for a number of years. Currently we have about 1,000 in use. We also use GN Netcom products but I find that VXI headsets are much more reliable. Agents even ask for them by name. VXI service is excellent, too. Whenever I have a question, I call and get right through to a customer service representative. If that person can’t answer my question, he or she finds someone who can. Their technicians are also quick to react to my repair requests, either by phone or on the Internet. All the people I’ve dealt with have been courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. I like VXI products and service very much.
