VXi Trade-in Program
Trade-in your current headset or amplifier for a NEW VXi headset or amplifier and get money (or VXi product) back!
- Purchase any new VXi corded headset or amplifier of your choice from an authorized VXi reseller.
- Trade-in any VXi headset or amplifier, or any competitive headset or amplifier.
- Receive a $5.00 trade-in allowance for each unit traded in, with proof of purchase.
How does the VXi Trade-in Program work?
- Purchase any new VXi corded headset or amplifier of your choice from an authorized VXi reseller.
- Call our VXi Customer Service Team at 800-742-8588 for your Return Authorization number.
- Within 30 days of your reseller’s invoice date, send us:
- Proof of purchase documentation for your new VXi product(s) (all information must be readable in order to qualify for your rebate)
- The products you are trading in to VXi (include RA number on the outside of the box).
- Completed Trade-in Claim Form.
- Upon receipt of these items, VXi will send your trade-in rebate check or the VXi product requested (only one option per trade-in allowed, cannot be combined) to the address specified on the Trade-in form. Allow 3-4 weeks for processing.
Terms and Conditions:
- Customer will be responsible for shipping trade-in units to VXi.
- This program is only available in North America.
- All requests for product will be rounded down to the nearest value to equal a complete unit. All left over funds will be forfeited.
- VXi will not be responsible for correcting submission errors on the submitted VXi Trade-in Program request form.
- VXi reserves the right to reject any request which does not meet VXi’s requirements for the Trade-in Program.
- VXi reserves the right to modify or suspend this program at any time without notice. VXi reserves the right to limit the number of trade-in units accepted. Offer not valid in conjunction with any other VXi sponsored promotional program.
