Warranty Information

Find out if your product is in-warranty
or out-of-warranty.

Reference the table below to find out the warranty period and location of the serial number on your product. Each serial number is marked with a date code. For example, 12/10 means December 2010. Add the warranty period to this date, and this is when your  product's warranty expires. A receipt for the purchase of your product can also serve as the beginning of your warranty period. To determine this date, add the warranty period to the date of purchase and this will indicate when your product's warranty expires. If you are using a receipt to determine warranty, you must include a copy of your receipt when sending your product in for service. The Out-of-Warranty Exchange Program offers a warranty equal to half of the original warranty period (i.e. a one-year warranty for a product that originally had a two-year warranty).
